I got a fast reply to my inquiry, appreciate the quick action!

I created an account on Bit4You and attempted to transfer funds to my cold wallet. After waiting for several days, they suddenly canceled the withdrawal without replying to my support tickets. They just marked it as 'Handled,' which forced me to send the money back to my bank.

It's quite strange, and there's no one available to talk to! Totally outrageous.

I've been using this service intermittently for a couple of years. While I'm not a huge believer in Cryptos overall, I've given them a shot a few times. Most of the time, about 90%, the platform has functioned as it should (placing orders, checking history, managing protections, and transferring funds).

However, there was one time when I had a pretty frustrating experience. My orders didn’t fully appear in either 'Position' or 'Open Orders' and seemed to disappear for nearly 10 hours. The history wasn’t updating either.

Fortunately, it didn’t hit me financially, but it made me think—if I had put a lot of cash in during one of those notorious Crypto crashes, it could've been a whole different ballgame. The next day, Support reached out with some advice on what I could’ve done differently, but that didn’t really match what I went through, so it just makes me more cautious moving forward.

Overall, 90% of my time with this platform has been good. Sure, bugs can pop up, but what do you do then? It’s tough to prove anything, and there’s no clear indication of insurance or anything like that.

So, I’m giving it 4 stars since it gets the job done, but I think it needs to keep improving. One star off for that one rough patch.
